Search my resume database online

As a high visibility recruiter, I receive a torrent of resumes from candidates seeking opportunities in the region. About one-fourth of those resumes represent truly elite candidates. Regrettably, I don’t have as many opportunities as I do great candidates! Yet, I do believe that the common practice of receiving and archiving resumes is counterproductive for both the candidates who reach out to me and the businesses that need them. Consequently, I am the first recruiter ever to put their personal resume database online and make it fully searchable by hiring managers and recruiters. By doing so, I am maximizing the value of my database for everybody.
